These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Hozify and the services offered across our modules: Food, Pharmacy, E-commerce, Grocery, and Parcel Delivery. By using Hozify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use our services.
By accessing and using the Hozify platform (website, app, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any modifications made by Hozify in the future. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, delivery partners, and vendors.
To use Hozify’s services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration and ensure that the details are updated if they change.
Be authorized to make purchases or engage in the services offered.
To use some of the services provided by Hozify, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Hozify provides services in the following categories:
Food Delivery: Order meals from local restaurants and have them delivered.
Pharmacy: Order medicines and healthcare products.
E-commerce: Purchase products from online stores.
Grocery Delivery: Order groceries and home essentials.
Parcel Delivery: Send or receive parcels through our platform.
The availability of services may vary based on location.
Food, Pharmacy, and Grocery Orders: After you place an order, we will confirm it based on availability and delivery feasibility.
E-commerce Orders: Once you complete the checkout process, we will verify product availability, pricing, and payment.
Parcel Deliveries: After booking, you will receive confirmation of the delivery details.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in the app or website at the time of checkout. All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
Hozify accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and COD (Cash on Delivery) where applicable.
You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account and understand that any additional fees (e.g., delivery, cancellation, etc.) may apply.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, product availability, and external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, etc.).
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Hozify is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, external conditions, or force majeure events.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Hozify reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations if the order is not eligible as per the aforementioned policies.
By using the Hozify platform, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
Use Hozify for unauthorized commercial purposes without consent.
All content on the Hozify platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hozify or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute the content without prior written permission.
Hozify will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use the platform.
Errors or omissions in content.
Delays or disruptions in service delivery.
Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hozify, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, including any violation of these Terms.
Hozify’s collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Hozify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
